How It Works

We handle the insurance so you don't have to

From verifying your benefits to submitting claims, our team manages the administrative side from start to finish.

1

Book your free consultation

During your consultation call, let us know your insurance provider and plan. We'll gather the details we need to verify your benefits.

2

We verify your benefits

Our team contacts your insurer directly to confirm your ABA therapy coverage, deductible status, co-pay amounts, and any prior authorization requirements.

3

You get a clear picture

Before you commit to anything, we give you a plain-language breakdown of what your insurance will cover and what — if anything — you'll owe out of pocket.

4

We handle the billing

Once services begin, we submit all claims directly to your insurer. You focus on your child — we handle the paperwork.

Self-Pay Options

No insurance? No problem.

We believe every family deserves access to quality ABA support, regardless of insurance status. Our self-pay options are designed to be as accessible as possible — with transparent pricing and no surprises.

  • Transparent, flat-rate session pricing — no hidden fees
  • Sliding scale available for qualifying families
  • Session bundles available at a reduced rate
  • No long-term contracts required
  • Superbills provided for out-of-network reimbursement

Why don't you list prices publicly?

ABA therapy is highly individualized. The number of sessions per week, the intensity of the plan, and your insurance situation all affect what you'll actually pay.

Publishing a single price would either mislead families or scare off people who might actually pay very little through insurance.

What we promise: complete transparency before you commit. You'll know your costs before your first paid session.

Common Questions

Insurance questions, answered

Does insurance cover virtual ABA therapy?

Yes — most major insurance plans that cover ABA therapy cover telehealth delivery. The Autism CARES Act and state mandates in most states require coverage for ABA therapy regardless of delivery method. We'll confirm your specific plan's telehealth policy during benefits verification.

Do I need a prior authorization?

Many plans require prior authorization before ABA services begin. We handle this process for you — our team submits the authorization request with the clinical documentation required, so you don't have to navigate it alone.

What if my insurer isn't on your list?

We're continually expanding our network. If your insurer isn't listed, contact us — we may still be able to work with your plan, or we can discuss self-pay options and out-of-network reimbursement.

What does "out-of-network" mean for my costs?

If we're out-of-network with your insurer, you may still be able to get partial reimbursement. We provide superbills — detailed receipts you can submit to your insurer for out-of-network benefits. Reimbursement rates vary by plan.

Is there a diagnosis requirement for insurance coverage?

Most insurance plans require a formal autism spectrum disorder (ASD) diagnosis for ABA therapy coverage. If your child doesn't yet have a diagnosis, we can point you toward evaluation resources and discuss self-pay options in the meantime.

How long does benefits verification take?

Typically 2–5 business days. We'll keep you updated throughout the process and reach out as soon as we have a clear answer from your insurer.
