Virtual BCBA Parent Training
Core Service

Virtual BCBA Parent Training

This is the heart of what we do. Your board-certified BCBA meets with you — the parent — directly via video call on a regular schedule. They teach you exactly how to respond to your child's behaviors, build new skills, and create the consistency your child needs to thrive.

  • Weekly or bi-weekly video sessions with your BCBA
  • Real-time training on specific behaviors and situations
  • Strategies you can use immediately between sessions
  • Ongoing feedback and support as you practice
Behavior Assessment & Planning
Foundation

Behavior Assessment & Planning

Before training begins, your BCBA conducts a thorough assessment of your child's behaviors, strengths, and environment. This becomes the foundation of a personalized behavior intervention plan — built specifically around your child and your home.

  • Comprehensive functional behavior assessment (FBA)
  • Identification of behavior triggers and maintaining factors
  • Individualized behavior intervention plan (BIP)
  • Clear, measurable goals tied to your child's daily life
Ongoing Progress Reviews
Continuous

Ongoing Progress Reviews

Children grow and change — and so does the plan. Your BCBA regularly reviews data, tracks your child's progress, and adjusts strategies as needed. You're never left wondering if things are working or figuring out next steps on your own.

  • Regular data review and progress tracking
  • Plan updates as your child reaches goals
  • Guidance through new challenges as they arise
  • Written progress reports for school or insurance
School & Team Collaboration
Add-On

School & Team Collaboration

Consistency across environments is key to lasting progress. When needed, your BCBA can collaborate with your child's school team, teachers, or other providers — ensuring everyone is working from the same playbook.

  • Consultation with teachers and school staff
  • IEP meeting support and guidance
  • Coordination with other therapists (OT, SLP, etc.)
  • Strategies adapted for the classroom setting

Why Virtual Works

Therapy that fits your life — not the other way around

Virtual delivery isn't a compromise — it's actually better for parent training. Your BCBA sees your real home, your real routines, and your real challenges. That context makes the training more relevant and the strategies more effective.

No commute, no disruption

Sessions happen in your home — the exact environment where behaviors occur. No driving, no waiting rooms, no disrupted routines.

Your BCBA sees your real world

Because sessions are virtual, your BCBA can observe your home setup, your child's space, and the real context of daily challenges.

Flexible scheduling

Morning, evening, or weekend — we work around your family's schedule, not the other way around.

Consistent, ongoing support

Virtual delivery means no gaps due to weather, illness, or geography. Your training continues reliably, week after week.
